Linda does business by cultivating relationships, talking to her customers and being close to her customers, this enables her to easily react to the marketplace and to what her customers want and need. With her wealth of retail knowledge from store design to merchandising selection to marketing, Linda is able to grow and run very successful retail businesses in her own unique way.    Linda Atiyeh is also a dedicated preservationist and believes strongly in the Main Street America movement.  She has been awarded several Historic Preservation Awards by the Borough of Gettysburg for her restoration of historic properties and storefronts in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. In May 2015, Historic Gettysburg Adams County will present Linda with an Outstanding Preservation Award for her rejuvenation and restoration of the Inn at Lincoln Square (also known as the Joel Buchanan Danner House) on Gettysburg’s Historic Lincoln Square.   Linda Atiyeh was honored with induction into: Moravian College Hall of Fame Harrison Morton Junior High School Hall of Fame   Linda Atiyeh was received several awards for her historic preservation work, including: An Historic Preservation Award from the Borough of Gettysburg An Outstanding Preservation Award from the Historic Gettysburg Adams County Preservation Society   Linda actively participate in local and regional organizations, including: Adams County Arts Council Main Street Gettysburg Gettysburg Area Retail Merchants Association Gettysburg Convention and Visitors Burea Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen Moravian College Hall of Fame Selection Committee Historic Gettysburg Adams County

In 2015, the Inn at Lincoln Square received the prestigious Restoration House Award from the Historic Gettysburg Adams County committee
